The only ounce of worry i have is injuries. Even if our defense of old shows up, bears not winning in a shoot out vs Love and company.

Absolutely no reason to make a Love/Rodgers Comparision in this situation. Love already proved he can be a very good QB. this is a team effort. A blow out would be a great way to send the bears home.

Bears are 5-3 since trading for DE Montez Sweat, including 4-1 in the last 5. And just beating the Falcons by 20 points.

This isn't the same Bears team that we've seen over the last couple of years.

And I think the Packers simply out coached the Bears coaches in week 1. Which the Bears defense dominated 1st and 2nd down but Packers did absolutely amazing on 3rd down.

One thing to keep an eye on this week is the health of Myers and Jenkins. Jenkins got rolled up at the end of the game and Myers hurt his arm while trying to run the clock out. Could be trouble against Sweat and the rookie Dextor.

Fields and the Bears HC will be the reason why we win. Fields is a bad QB no matter what hype the bears are getting. The guys has thrown only 1 TD pass every game all year except two games where he had 4. His past 6 games he has 5 passing TD's. He isnt a QB to worry about. Just spy on him and keep him in the pocket and the defense will be fine. MLF will out coach Eberflus easily. Only thing we have to prepare for is gutsy/tricky calls as the Bears have nothing to lose...

History lesson:
The Packers lead the series 105-94-6. That includes nine consecutive wins, the second-longest streak by either team in series history. (The Packers won 10 in a row from 1994 through 1998.) They are 13-2 with a point differential of plus-208 in the last 15 at Lambeau. The Packers are 4-0 vs. the Bears in January.

One more thing. Packers lose and they will almost be asssured they
will be on Hard Knox next year.
Something The Packers do not want.

Packers -3, over/under 44.5
Take The Packers, give the points, take the over.
Packers 33

Bears 24

Little off topic but Rams are resting their starters vs Niners which mean if we win and Niners win, we are the 6th seed.

I admire, although I do not share, everyones' optimism about the outcome.
For your consideration.

Since they acquired Sweat, their defense has been lights out.
He is going to severely test Walker and Tom.
(Other than Love,
I think Tom's development has been the best thing that has happened on offense. )
We appear to be dinged up on our OL again, so I am concerned about the matchups here.

Historically (and not just Joe Barry coached teams) we have struggled against QB with ability to scramble, with Fields does very well.
Plus his emerging chemistry with DJ Moore is going to give us problems.

Most troubling is our inability to stop the run which is what the Bears do very well...#2 in the NFL.
I think they will try to pound us and play ball control to limit our possessions and kill the clock and the crowd.

If that were to happen, then it'd most likely be Packers @ Lions in the wildcat round.
