Once again, the Pittsburgh Steelers have fleeced the Chicago Bears in a trade. On Saturday, the Steelers acquired quarterback and former first-round pick Justin Fields from the Bears for a 2025 sixth-round pick, less than two years after Pittsburgh traded Chase Claypool to Chicago in exchange for a pick the Steelers ultimately used to draft cornerback Joey Porter Jr.
After three seasons, the Bears are moving on from Fields and will surely use the No. 1 overall pick in April's draft to select former USC quarterback Caleb Williams. The Steelers will reportedly have Fields back up Russell Wilson, who is hoping to reboot his career following two rocky seasons in Denver. Pittsburgh traded former starting quarterback Kenny Pickett to Philadelphia shortly after signing Wilson.

Another great QB has left us. I rate him 5th behind Jay Cutler as one of the best QB's to ever step onto Lambeau Field. You will be missed Justin

I don't understand how this happened. Bears fans told me on twitter they were gonna trade the #1 pick and build a juggernaut around Justin "H1M" Feilds. And if they did trade him, they would get 1st round pick, because he's such a good QB.

As well as the Bare
organization handled the trade with Carolina last year, this was a colossal screwup.

Don't worry I have faith the Bears will screw up this draft and use the 1st pick on our next great QB in Williams lol. I think he has the potential to beat out Jay Cutler.

He has the talent. But the Bears really didn't give him any kind of protection. Really IMHO got a raw deal in Chicago. Just think hopefully he can find a team if the Steelers for now will start Russell Wilson.

He's got the physical talents, but I'm not sure he has the mental talents.
