This is a big game for week 1. I hope MLF knows what hes doing allowing the starting offense play only 1 series all preseason long. Last thing i wanna see is the offense off rhythm and we lose a close one because of it

Playing The Eagles in Brazil is a hell of a lot better than playing them in that hell whole they call home.
Tough game to call, as are most games through the first 3 weeks.
I think The Packers will be more prepared .
Lets get the season off on the right foot.
Packers 31
Eagles 24
BOOK IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
DON'T FORGET TO FILL OUT YOUR PICKEM PICKS!!!!!!!
FIRST GAME IS THURSDAY!!!!!!

i dunno about all that. Brazil is under a heavy Amazon fire for a couple of weeks now and its effecting the air quality in Sao Paulo. Its been at unhealthy levels all week.

I listened to a podcast this morning. A guy lives in the Sao Paulo region. (He is going to go to the game.) He was telling the podcast host that the fires are a long way from the stadium and the smoke won't impact the players or the game. As I listened I wondered if someone from LA would tell us the smog is fine. It won't bother anyone. Sort of like we would say the subzero temp in GB is fine. You get used to it after 10-15 minutes.
The podcaster pointed out that when Canada had the wildfires last year the sky in Wisconsin was orange but it didn't affect most people. Elderly, infants and people with breathing conditions would need to be careful. None of the players fall into those categories.

As far as a score for the game-
I have this down as one of the few losses for the Packers this season. I am not so afraid of the Eagles as I am concerned about the length of the trip. 10 + hours in the air. Yes the Eagles have to travel as well. I haven't looked up how the fair on long trips. I do know that previous Packers teams have struggled going to FL, Cali and London. I am hopeful this time breaks that cycle.
Phillie 28
Packers 27
That's not a missed FG. That is 3 TDs and 2 FGs to the Phillie 4 TDs.

Simply looking at the linemen battle... the Eagles have loaded up on lineman, where the Packers OL has gotten very little time to fully gel together due to injuries and even if they did, they have some questions there on the interior OL where Eagles strength is their interior DL.
And Packers struggled to stop the run, and Eagles like to run in... the new scheme might help a ton but all depends on play caller chess match.
31-28 Eagles

I see starting MLB Devin White is out for the game. I'm not sure that is going to make much of a difference. His PFF last year was a robust 46.1 and the Eagles have been using Nakobe Dean (61.7 last year) and rookie Jeremiah Trotter Jr. during training camp.
