"zombieslayer"The guy throws like 10 passes a game.
ANYONE can do that.
I fully realize you're exaggerating for effect, but you did make me curious, so I looked up the numbers. Roethlisberger was 303 of 506 (59.9%) for an average of 31.6 attempts/game and 3,301 yards (7.1 ypc - 17th).

Holy crap! He threw that many passes this year?
Well, I just remember the SB year where he threw a whopping 268 passes while handing off to Parker and Bettis constantly.
I try not to follow the Steelers, so had no idea he actually throws the ball now.
As for riding a team to a SB win, Big Ben is the perfect example.
he was drop dead HORRIBLE in the SB.

Yes, that's nine completions, ZERO TDs, and two INTs.
Meanwhile on the other side, Hasselbeck is working his tail off and gets a big fat L.

Yeah, and Aaron Rodgers had a much better season than Roethlisberger, who has several years' starting experience, but it's Big Ben who has a chance to play for it all this year.
The universe has no justice.
