CB Kalen King is being elevated off of the PS for tonight's game. Wonder if he'll get on the field for the defense or get the Ty'Ron Hopper treatment (a smattering of ST snaps and only seeing the field due to an injury)?

buckeyepackfan;467948For some reason I'm not worried at all about this game.
With all the injuries, it could go either way.
The difference between 9-4 and 10-3 is will The Packers be playing for the division or playing for that #5 spot?
I do think The Packers have been getting better each week, so I'll give them the edge tonight.
Packers 34
Lions 30
Thw only chance the Packers have at the divison is if the Lions collapse the next 4 games. Other than that, the difference between being the 5th seed and 6th seed is miniscule

On the other hand, the Lions schedule is a bit rough with GB, Buffalo and Minnesota. GB would need help+winning out but the Lions are in a ripe position at the moment with injuries on defense and the teams they play.

Or not. Well I didn't think GB would win out, figured it would have been next week or Minnesota

Well, overall they played hard with some nice physicality, but simply not good enough, especially on defense.
Our linebacker play is just not consistently up to snuff, and because of depth and talent issues, had to stay in two high, which left us open underneath, again, because of pedestrian LB underneath coverage.
Having McDuffie in man coverage and blitzing Walker was a scheme mistake, which was corrected mid-game....nice to see the adjustment.
It was probably the worst first half (at least the first quarter) from our offensive line in memory (although my memory is not great anymore.)
Zack Tom was blown up early, and Myers got off to a tough start.
But let's be honest, when you score 34 with a give away in positive territory, its not on the offense.
It is unlikely we would have won the division with a win anyway...and you learn more from your losses.
Now a mini-bye, and I hope we can get healthy.
Have a great weekend.

"We lost by three points," Packers defensive tackle Kenny Clark said. "We played good football, we've played good games. They're not a team that we're scared of by any means."
Umm, ya should be.

I was disappointed in the OL. They didn't open holes for the running game and allowed too much pressure on Love. Especially when we consider the backups on the Lions DL
