Packers.

Seahawks 24

If I'm wrong, oh well, the sun will come up tomorrow.
The Packers will have another chance to clinch next week.

Doesn't matter who The Packers played weeks 1-14, 9 wins is All that matters.

I try to be positive, but don't look at life through rose coloured glasses.

To the positive, I think that the physical talent is there for us to go deep into the playoffs. Offensively, we are more than good enough.
And now, with a decent place kicker, we should be good enough on special teams.

To the negative, I don't think the players have what it takes between the ears to get it done on defense.

Well, it's not all that matters cuz other teams have won more and who beat Packers also matters. I definitely want Packers to win. The track record regardless of QB or coach just doest not favor Packers in Seattle. 🤷

Packers can definitely pull it off though.

Has MLF even coached a game in Seattle? All his games vs Seattle have been at Lambeau I believe and I don't think Love has squared off vs Seattle in the regular season in Seattle.

Vegas seems to think so as well; current line is GB -2.5 (was -3 earlier this week)

Last time the Packers played in Seattle was 2018, when LaFleur was with the Titans.

But as offensive coordinator, in 2017 LaFleur was with he Rams and they won in Seattle 42-7.

As QB coach with the Falcons in 2016 they went to Seattle and lost 26 to 24. Before facing them again in the playoffs (in Atlanta) and killing them... which I believe they went to the Super Bowl and choked letting the Patriots come back for the win.

Kyle Shanahan has made it to the Super Bowl a freaking ton, but never wins the thing.

So in other words, it's a bit premature to say that MLF as a head coach and Love as QB have a poor odds there.

With all the DB injuries, the Seahawks MIGHT be able to pass the ball on the Packers defensive, but the Packers WILL be able to run the ball on this Seahawks defense.

Might come down to turnovers but Packers should have the better chance at winning it with ball control.

Yeah only Clark and Alexander are still here from the 2018 Packers team.

But to the other person's point, historical the Packers are 2-6 in Seattle with the last win coming in 2008. But no history of the current LaFleur's Packers yet.

Packers in Seattle games

Loss 11/15/18
Loss 01/18/15 (NFC Champs Game)
Loss 09/04/14
Loss 09/24/12

Win 10/12/08
Loss 11/27/06

Win 09/29/96
Loss 11/15/87

Looking at that history, all I'm seeing is that Mike McCarthy is the common thread to GBs woes in Seattle for most of those games.

The common thread I noticed is the Packers franchise QBs win their first game in Seattle and then Packers teams lose the rest.

Favre and Rodgers won their first games in Seattle, and the rest of the games were losses.

Also sounded like the announcer said the Seahawks are missing 3 OL, which if true, maybe our DL will have an easier time against them.
