Just taking a look at the offsides call that cost the Packers 3 points. As the kicker first missed this kick, and then the ref gave the kicker another chance due to a "neutral zone infraction". I believe on #56.

Now, the Kicker missed 2 other FGs, the Vikings should have won that game. I'm not arguing the game... BUT that's some of the strangest Reffing calls I've EVER seen!
As they seemed for the most part to completely ignore all holding calls (equally for both teams), but then they were quite stupidly obsessed with phantom neutral zone infractions... which I think the Packers had two, and then later one went against the Vikings.
It was almost like the Refs had hit their quota for holding calls, and still needed more neutral zone infractions to hit a quota.
I don't think I've ever seen neutral zone infractions called like that, and there were even times when the DL got offsides, but the OL didn't move, so the DL had a chance to re-sent and probably did, but it got called.
I just have no good (good for the ref) explanation for the way they called the line play.
Just to be clear, I'm not saying it was unfair for one team vs the others, if anything, it was unfair to both defenses.
But that wasn't the normal standards reffing call, and if the NFL had a hotline to watch potential refs, I'd be calling it to say watch that ref. Because that wasn't normal to me.

The refs vs Lions game were a bit weird too. Packers have the talent and skill to dominate, but they are just too inconsistent and then that allows the referees to make a difference. Can't let that happen.
This isn't Week 3 so these illegal formation penalties are really ticking me off. And 12 men in huddle on offense? C'mon.

Yeah that’s a BS call. I’m wondering if the refs knew that the Packers have been terrible about lining up offsides this year so it drew more attention to it for this game? Who knows.

The same ref would not allow LaFleur call a time out because he didn't understand the rule...that after the false start penalty, the team could call consecutive time outs.
