After I saw this:
I knew we had a pretty darn good WR after drafting him.

With the season about to get underway, I'm glad to be back talking Packers football with this crew.
I'm glad with all the hype we're getting, but I'm scared that this is turning into a "sure game."
Unless you're the 2007 Regular Season Patriots or playing against the 2008 Detroit Lions, nothing is a sure game, let alone for a team coming off a 6-10 season.
I'm expecting the Packers to win this one handily, but I feel like that's how I'm gonna feel every week.
This squad better not let us down tomorrow otherwise we're gonna have a lot of devastated fans on our hands with expectations falling two-fold.
Still I feel like anything short of the Championship game is gonna be a real bummer this season.
It's almost an unfair expectation to put on this squad, but I can't remember the last time I was so excited for the first game of the regular season.
Go PACK!!!

I wouldn't go as far as to say that Jordy > James. We'll see about that.

Yes I agree with all of you. I've always been a Jordy over Jones person myself, but most everyone I think likes Jones more then Jordy. I think the reason for that is because Jones is more the "out there" type of personality in his belief in himself and what he can do whereas Nelson is more the quiet farm kid who'd much rather not have cameras on his face, and just get on the field and show everybody what he can do.
Another reason why I like Nelson is he's willing to do everything to help the team win, be it on special teams or punt returns or whatever. And I don't see Jones doing the same. And don't get me wrong, I do like Jones and think that he's as dependable a WR as we can ever have. I just think that for me personally, there's no question when it comes to Nelson over Jones. I just think that he gets overshadowed by more personality, but if given a chance, he's going to surprise people by how good he is and can be.
There are a lot of good YouTube videos of him in Kansas State and you could even see back then that teams would sometimes put in 3-4 guys to defend against him but he still makes plays in spite of that. Here's a good clip to end this post:

Jordy Nelson will have a great season I'm sure of it.
Teams will be so concerned covering Jennings and Driver he will get open.
I'm also sure Jemichael Finlay will have a masive year as well.

Some of my thoughts on our opener.
- sounds like MM will have hawk and barnett as our starters.
I'm not crazy about hawk but at least he's ... alright.
Barnett I'm a bit leery of; he didnt do much in his opening preseason and has been out for so long.
chillar and bishop on the other hand are top notch IMO.
Chillar has kick butt coverage skills and bishop is a mad man for the ball carrier.
I hope they get in the action asap.
- I'm anxious to see how our new safety/corner martin does.
Wondering if he will get any playing time in.
- Cant wait to see what blitz and coverage packages capers has in store for chicago.
- Chicago actually has some decent corners but our receivers are better IMO.
- The beginning games is where peeps need to make some noise if they want to get more playing time later; ie talking about the linebacker position mainly.
So thompson or matthews ... good luck to you.
- We got home field advantage; remember what we did to the bears last year and we had bob sanders D last year.
Cant wait ...

Aside from Rodgers and company tearing it up, I'm excited to see Raji and see what he can do when it matters.
