it is right...we can get a wild card even if lose this sunday...but u can imagine the confidence that this team can get if we win????
i still think we are a better team...we need to protect arod better than last time (it is not difficult) and create some pressure...
it is a big game...no doubt about it...

I had no idea we were ranked better in total offense and total defense than the Vikings. Of course, all that matters is the record, but it's encouraging. I guess the last two games have something to do with it too, but hopefully we can find a way to leverage some of that firepower against the Vikings. I hope we own them and Favre cries.

Packers have a better overall team right now thank the Vikings.
This game boils down to pressure on #4 and us getting the sacks and the INTs.
Steelers gave everyone in the NFL a blueprint of how to beat the Vikings.
We just need to execute the Packers version of that blueprint.

"AKamp74"1. Give Rodgers time to throw and he will have his fun.
2. Lang over Clifton? Please? (Am I the only one who would want this?)
3. Short routes on the now- struggling backfield of Minny.
4. PLEASE pressure Favre this game. No more 7.4 seconds to throw the damn ball.
5. Don't kick it to Harvin.
6. Let Grant carry the ball close to 20 times.
Just off the top of my head.
I am also confident in the Packers for this game.
Maybe Brett threw it 50+ times last Sunday because he was complaining to Chilly about the play calling?

"PackFanWithTwins"We need to play them more straight up.
Keep Peterson in the game.
We have the offense to play a shoot out with Brett and the Vikings.
What we need it to slow down their side of the shoot out.
We can handle 200 yards and a TD or two from Peterson.
That is easier to overcome than 300 and 3 TDs from Brett.
The biggest key is we need pressure without blitzing.
We will be better on coverage with Bigby back, being able to shift things around.
Completely agree with you. We showed we could handle the run and even then, I'd let Peterson slowly run on us ending up in a touchdown or two, but our quick strike offense can easily negate that and put more points on the board. We really need to get Brett uncomfortable in the pocket and as we all know, he'll be more prone to mistakes.
I hope we can protect Rodgers enough with 1 TE or 1 RB so he can have time to pick apart their secondary which he is completely capable of. Not only that, they'll need to shadow him every now and then since he can run as well which will open up options. Too bad Finley is out but I think Lee can potentially have a good game here if we exploit their LBs
