I'm guessing both offenses will rule, so the key is turnovers. We win the turnover battle we win the game. Otherwise it could be who has the ball last. Now, I hope the defense goes out and proves me wrong and shuts the Falcons down.

Falcons are going to try and run...run...and run some more.
They do not want The Packers offense to be on the field.
Packers D has been successful stopping the run this year, this will be critical if they want to come away with a victory.
Falcons try to get into a shoot out with The Packers, well we all know how that will turn out, Packers will win.
This was the first game I predicted a Packer loss, but hopefully I am wrong.
I posted the same in the 2011 record prediction thread.....Packers 34-16 win.

I really hope they try to run, run, and run some more.
If so, I'll change my prediction to 41-10.

Why the hell do we have to travel to Atlanta two years in a row?

zombieslayer;194890Atlanta's D right now is worse than ours.
48-31.
Our D isn't THAT bad.
We have given up some plays, sure, but the other teams have put up numbers in the air because we force them to continually throw the ball and try to catch up to our offense.
I think our D is still doing pretty well, actually.
Numbers can be deceiving, and I think this is one of those cases.

I expect a loss because if those clowns to come out and play us like we raped their women, they might as well just fold up the franchise.
I've watched that playoff game 50 times from last year and we definitely bent them over a table without lubrication and with extreme prejudice.
There is nothing about their team that is better than ours except maybe outside pass rush.
But then again I expected a little more game from the Bears too.
If we take the Falcons, we're going to end up with a very good record this season. I just hope the game is free from cheap shots at our QB.

Because Aaron Rodgers and the Packers play better on turf.

I'll be honest.
I don't know what to think for this game.
On the one hand, the Packers O has been unstoppable, and
I have no reason for believing that Atlanta has what it takes to stop them.
On the other, I feel rather apprehensive about the defense.
I think Ryan is neither as good as he was anointed to be last year nor as bad as he has shown so far this year.
And in White, Jones, and Gonzalez, they are unlike the last three opponents in terms of the number of their quality receiving threats, and arguably as good as the first opponent.
I'm not worried about the run defense with Pickett/Raji/Green unless Capers has to change sets to slow down the Atlanta passing game.
But I am worried about a shootout.
Probably because unlike most here, I'm old enough to remember the last time the Packers had an unstoppable offense but a suspect defense. Years like 83 and 84.
