I never realized till just now that the Packers are in the midst of their best-ever single-season winning streak.
Their previous best was 7 games back in 2002.

EDIT: Never mind, I must have misinterpreted what SI.com was saying. Their wording is really unambiguous, but I think they meant to say that the longest regular-season winning streak previous to this current one was 7 games.
