Rough stretch for the Packers coming up here. They held up very nicely versus the #1 passing offense, but were greatly aided by an erratic Matthew Stafford. Will be interesting to see how the defense holds up and if the offensive line can do better now that they've had a chance to play a game together in their current positions.

I think the game comes down to two things overall for the Packers.
1. Staying patient with the run to assist the offensive line.
2. The offensive protection needs to hold up for the Packers.
I know that is simplified, but honestly that is what it comes down to me as. I like the Packers matchup on defense against Eli and Cruz. Nicks is a shadow of himself yet, and they lack balance in the weapons past that. Bennett isn't a dynamic Tight End.. and their backs aren't game breakers.
I like the matchup of our offensive against their defensive secondary, if we can keep Rodgers somewhat clean.
BTW.. they are just about as banged up as we are..

I couldn't agree more. 28 rushing attempts by Starks, Kuhn and Cobb yesterday. We will require at least that against another tough DL and front 7. Hopefully, our OL gets the game ball in a Packers WIN against NYG. That is my hope.

On the remaining schedule this is the game I care least about. I had it as a L before the season and it didn't change. If it ends up with a W, pleasant surprise, if not, who cares. Win out and the division is in the books (I don't see the Bears winning out all games other than the vs. Packers). If the Bears win the Division, 11-5 will seal a playoff spot for sure, 10-6 probably. So 3 wins at home (+ maybe an additional away) should ensure post-season football.
