^ I also thought Quarless caught the ball.
People are going to get on the offense, but the the Packers were 1-8 against Chicago since Jay Cutler and Dom Capers entered the rivalry.
In those nine games, the Bears have allowed 32 sacks and have turned the ball over 21 times. That’s an average of at least two turnovers and three sacks per game. On Monday night, with an improved offensive line, Chicago gave up just one sack and had no turnovers. The defense did not play up to standard and Josh McCown played well.

Eh, shake it off!
What else can we do? Losing Rodgers was going to be a blow, no matter who we were playing. I'm just hoping it is nothing serious and that Rodgers can return healthy sometime soon.
My hat is off to the Bears. They came in determined. They made plays on offense. Our defense had no answers. I thought there was an incredible amount of holding that went uncalled, but they apparently called the whole game pretty loose. This certainly was a division rivalry game, and being Bears/Packers, we all know just about anything can happen, and it did. There were a handful of game changing plays that could have gone the Packers' way or the Bears' way, and they tilted to the Bears. Balls heaved up while McCown was being hit, instead of being INTs went for receptions.
Packers defense has to look itself in the mirror. Good, midseason gut check.
I think Matt Flynn gets signed this week.

IronMan;261651The non challenge on the Quarless catch still bugs me. It wasn't a slam dunk, but definitely worth a shot.
I don't think it had a chance of being overturned. Even with that said, we've seen referee's make worse overturns before. Without knowing when Rodgers was coming back, I understood why you'd want to make sure you have both challenges in your pocket in what was most likely to be a close game where a play or two could have decided it.
And with that said, you play not to lose, you end up doing just that.
Bears 4th an inches on the 33? and go for it. They played to win.
That's the difference.
