What cheese do you like on your grilled Hamburger ?
I like Velveeta myself .
What do you like on your Hot Dog ?
I like onions , sauerkraut, and chili on my dogs. Cole Slaw will work in place of sauerkraut.
I like ice cold Miller High Life Beer . What do you prefer ?
Love good baked beans, potato salad , or pasta salad for a side dish . A garden salad works well too .
What do you like to wrap in bacon and grill ?
I love bacon wrapped and grilled Scallops with a real hot butter dipping bowl.
Meat/vegetables wrapped in foil and grilled is a savory treat. So is a roasted Chicken .

Summer is almost officially here. The days are getting hot and the grass is growing steadily . Fresh vegetables are available at roadside and farmer's markets. From melons to peaches to snap beans , fresh is on the menu .
One of my Summer favorites is to cube cut Steak and Potatoes and Onions along with maybe Corn on the Cob or Green Peppers . Wrap in heavy aluminum foil and place on the grill. It steams and cooks each serving packet as you open another ice cold Beer . This meal goes well with fresh Biscuits, Butter/Honey, and cubed Watermelon .
Hours later, pop in a good movie as you serve up your favorite ice cream . Yumm !
What's cooking on your grill ? [thumbup]

Haven't used the grill yet. (Too lazy)
But I bought one of those hanging upside down tomato growers, "Topsy Turvey".. They advertise it on TV for $20, but I found one at the local thrift store for $2, so I figured why not try it?
The tomato plant is growing like crazy, but no tomatoes yet.
Grilling hot dogs or burgers is what I do.
And cheese on the burgers, Colby-jack is my favorite.

Is your grill gas or charcoal ?
I just love tomatoes as well, but found that the raccoons, possums, and groundhogs liked them too when I tried growing them a few seasons back. I now try to visit a local farmers market at least once a month during the warn weather . Their vegetables are just great .
I understand how difficult a task that used to be so simple , can become a challenge.
If it's Hot Hogs and Hamburgers are what you do , then brother enjoy it to the most .

Ever try different cheeses like Cheddar , or Pepper-Jack , or
etc.
?
Live the adventure
and dine like

CHARCOAL! To me, if you are going to use gas, you might as well cook inside. (JMO)
And the reasons you stated is why I am using the "Topsy Turvy" tomato grower. Critters can't get to it, as it's hanging like a hanging planter.
No tomatoes yet, but the thing is growing a lot!

Girls you say, then you must be on the lookout for tasty low calorie recipes . Green Salads are great, but many of us could stand to loose a few pounds . Any help from anyone could help your fellow forum members . [biggrin]
