TT hasn't been that great of a gm he got the executive award because the team won games last year that is the reason, His record is now 2 games below 500 in 4 years.

Nor was it his fault in 1998 and 1999 when they went 6-10 and 7-9. But, it is definitely McCarthy's fault this season!

Totally... It really pisses me off his decision making late in games. I just can't focus my hatred on him because too much of that goes to the other parts of the team especially defense.

I don't believe we have had a DT cross the line of scrimmage once this season.

It's the people who idolize Favre while demonizing McCarthy and Thompson who are being inconsistent. How can they worship a QB who won one Superbowl in 16 years while crucifying a coach and GM who have only had 4 years -- and have gotten to the NFC championship within that span?

The rabid fans give Favre a pass for 1 Superbowl in 16 years but demand instant success from the coach and GM. It makes no sense.
