As I said in another thread, I think we win by one on a last second Crosby field goal.

People shout: "It is only week three"

I say Bullshit!

There are only four un-defeated teams in the NFC.

Green Bay
Chicago
New Orleans
Tampa Bay

Saints play Atlanta

Tampa plays Pitsburgh

Green Bay plays Chicago

This is a race for Home Field Advantage and every week this year is one step in that race.

After week three there is a very good chance the Packers aer the only un-defeated team in the NFC.

The Packers will need to bring their A game because you know the Bears will. Remember, Lovie's more motivated to beat the Packers than win the Super Bowl, he'll have them sky high. Fans
have probably already put this game in the win column. This should be a great game. Go Pack.

Early season Chicago games are always tasty for the fact that formbooks are just inconsequential jazz.

I am looking forward to this game, GB vs Chi on Monday Night - only post-season contests carry more weight for me, discounting situational games (win needed for playoff birth).

My gut feeling tells me this game will be relatively low scoring, with both teams scoring under 20. The pass rush will probably be key to winning this game.

I want to see constant pressure on Jay Cutler - he won't yield as easily as Trent Edwards and could make a few plays with blitzes in his face BUT

Prevent defense would kill us I feel. They have chicken-head recievers who are annoyingly speedy.

If we can nullify their pass rush I feel we will dominate - Tillman aside, their secondary is weak and could get overwhelmed by the likes of Finley.

Agreed RP! Divisional games against two undefeated teams can't be bigger. Doesn't matter how early it is in the season, we will be talking about this one either way come playoff race.
If we can get enough pressure to Cutler early I think we can get a few Favre like, eyes down, sand wedge throws from him that can change the game. I see Finley having a huge game, they really have no obvious answer for him.
Don't expect a whole lot from BJ in the running game but hope he shows up in the check down and screens department. I think Kuhn might have more yards from a 4th quarter ground and pound to control the clock, which again will fuel the M Lynch debate.

Watching the rerun of Cowboys/Bears game. Bears offense looks to be doing much better than last yerr. GB needs to start fast in this game in order to stay ahead in points I think.

I love that golf analogy... "Eyes Down, Sand Wedge Throws."

Brilliant...

this isn't a normal game...it is THE NFL RIVALRY...no matter which week or which record: it is a big game...right time to show everybody who we are and why we can go all the way...i think our offense is hiding himself a little but it is time to step up and it is time for arod to show why he worths a MVP.

a win in chicago could give us a lot of confidence that could be really more important than the single win.

maybe this game can show us if shields can bring a good contribute this year...i like what he did until now.
