Dear Kevin, (Customer ID: 8675309)
Thank you for contacting us.
I really apologize for my mistake. It seems that this domain name
PackersHome.com is added as an external domain name inside your MS
package. Please visit this link instead for reference on how to transfer
an external domain name from one package to the other.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

it really sucks they only gave me 24 hours to get everything off the server. They seem to forget that most ppl spend about 6 hrs sleeping 10 hours working and some of have kids to care for. there was no way in hell i could have downloaded nearly 6 GB's of crap all at once like that.
my 'full site' backup was the site, not the server. I do one every few months and do a db backup regularly.
Argh I just wanna slap them with a big fat rusty spoon in the rectum!!

Well as for those graphics.. call it housekeeping.. lol..
But as far as the host.. that is BS... first lesson in doing outsourcing work for a client.. always make a "oh-shit" backup yourself before starting.. to me, that was inexcusable of them.
I like the control I have over the data here at work.. no clowns to have to rely on... if I screw up I have no one to blame but myself.
