They played excellent offense in their last drive and Palmer should be settled now with his receivers having missed most of the preseason. Do not expect them to roll over so easily. If the Packers offense improves upon the Chicago game and plays as well as they did in the preseason, then watch out. Otherwise, do not be surprised if our vaunted defense suddenly looks mediocre against the Bengals.

OK, well, the only positive from this game so far is Woody.
He deserves another Pro Bowl.
He's looking tremendous, not only against the pass but he's the only one who can tackle Benson.

Sticking with the theme, can someone please tell Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy that being bullheaded is foolhardy. Sign Runyan or Tauscher, pray to god Clifton is ok and try and regroup for next week.

Why does it seem like whenever we progress in a certain area, we regress in another - and if that is a game to game theme than we can forget a run at anything.
